HTTP Error 406 - AARRGGGHHH

On my website I have software stored that can be downloaded. All was
well until this week when all of a sudden I get the HTTP 406 error
message when trying to download a WinRar file!!!

Please, please, please help me!! I'm OK with the front end useage but
don't have a clue about the back door/programming!!!!

This may not be a WinInet issue.

What browser are you using and the client and and what web server are you
using?

Most likely it is connected with server configuration.
