I need to be able to specify which connection (lan, wifi, bluetooth
modem, etc) wininet methods should take place on.

As in I need to be able to control which connection the data flows
through.

Is it possible with WinInet ? or do I need to check libcurl or write
something by my own...

I gave up and move to libcurl, amazing how simpler it is.
