Timeouts in IE 6.0

There was a bug related to timeouts reported in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/176420/EN-US/.
I haven't been able to find out if this has been resolved in IE 6.0

Can anyone please confirm that these options work/don't work in IE 6.0 ?

INTERNET_OPTION_RECEIVE_TIMEOUT
INTERNET_OPTION_SEND_TIMEOUT
INTERNET_OPTION_CONNECT_TIMEOUT
